Terms of Service

Last updated: April 7, 2026

These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern access to the Beyond Clinic websites and the Beyond Clinic cloud service ('Service') offered by BEYOND NOVA LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ('Beyond Nova,' 'we,' 'us').

By creating an account, accessing the Service, or using our websites, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised Terms with an updated date. Material changes may require additional notice under your agreement. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

The Service is intended for authorized business users (e.g., clinics and med-spas). You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You will not misuse the Service: no probing, scanning, or testing of systems without permission; no interference with other tenants; no unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; no attempt to access data you are not authorized to view.

Customer data you submit to the Service remains yours subject to your agreement with us. We process it to provide, secure, and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy and any data processing addendum you execute.

Fees, taxes, trials, and renewals are set out in your order or checkout flow. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination as permitted by contract.

The Service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where allowed. Our aggregate liability is limited as set forth in your agreement.

Either party may suspend or terminate access for material breach after notice where required. Provisions that by nature should survive (e.g., confidentiality, limitation of liability, governing law) survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless your contract specifies otherwise. Courts in Delaware (or as agreed in writing) have exclusive jurisdiction unless prohibited by law.

This is a standard template for early customers. Have legal counsel review before relying on it in regulated jurisdictions.
